Deep, warm notes of whiskey (without the alcohol flavor) are complemented by maple sugar- a creamier, sweeter feeling 70%.
We soak our cocoa nibs in Old Overholt, the whiskey rumored to be Doc Holliday's favorite, for two months prior to making this chocolate. 
 
Note: the processing of this chocolate results in the finished product containing no alcohol content.
